we got new good governance agreement inside organization that get a lot of knowledge management for practical..but it is not law or rule to punnish who that crash ...but i still like it...although knew that the good governance law by institution law cannot control rule and punnishment...as i still see some red shirt protestors on the next door of my office today...because of discrimination practical unlawful in election board system effect accuse!!!!????
